Audience for my opening scene

 

Age

In the opening scene I was aiming for an age range of 15 - 30 because I wanted to have violent parts and distressing parts but I didn't want it to become an 18+ so I didn't make it overly violent and used mystery instead. 

Gender 

I was aiming for a slight more male audience but I am also tying to entice the female audience with a female antagonist that I am planning to add into the opening scene.

Psychographics 

I was aiming for the explorer type of audience because I want them to be intrigued by the mystery of the opening and want to carry on watching the rest of the film. even though the explorers are usually a younger audience I was hoping to entice the more 15/ teen ages towards this film because they are the ones most likely to head to the cinema to watch a film like this with their friends.

Demographics 

In this opening I was aiming for the E, D and B category's I want the E and D because of the casual viewing on streaming services like netflix and I want a B audience because those are the type to go watch this type of film in the cinema with their wife.
